Workshop
Description: While there are numerous books, articles, and courses on leadership development, key principles of leadership and management are common to all of them. In this interactive workshop, suitable for participants at all levels (learners unto senior leaders), these key principles will be discussed using three metaphorical objects. The compass indicates the mission ('True North') of the organization. The mirror represents self-awareness and self-management. The Swiss-army knife represents eight key leadership principles - data analytics, decision-making, communication (including meeting skills), project management, change management, financial management, team interactions (including the Korean concept of ‘Nunchi’), and crisis management.
